Salary (gross): 1,400 - 2,600 EUR/month (depending on work experience)

Job description, responsibilities and authorities

As a Product Development System Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between customers, project managers, and specialized R&D teams. You will be responsible for evaluating hardware and software requirements, developing robust system architectures, and overseeing development progress for industrial motor applications. This role offers a unique mix of hands-on technical evaluation, project coordination, and innovation.

  • Technical project support (primarily for industrial BLDC motors) and technical coordination between R&D departments, project management, and customers
  • Analysis of technical hardware and software requirements from the customer; evaluation of requirements with respect to cost, schedule, and technical impact
  • Translating customer requirements into specification sheets
    Participation in the development of system architecture and suitable strategies
  • Evaluation of development concepts from functional, technological, and economic perspectives, and coordinating them with internal R&D, customers, suppliers, and external developers
  • Customer support regarding technical queries, troubleshooting, and modifications
  • Technical project management, controlling and monitoring development progress, as well as preparing and reviewing documentation
  • Supporting the development of test specifications for system tests

Personal requirements and skills

  • Education: Higher vocational or University degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering)
  • Language: English – Intermediate (B2)
  • Knowledge of BLDC motors or robotics
  • Hands-on experience in a comparable position within the industrial sector
  • Ability to work independently with high responsibility and precision
  • Strong analytical, technical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Team player with a willingness to travel
