Based in Erdweg near Munich, Minebea AccessSolutions Deutschland GmbH acts as a competence center with global research and development responsibility in the area of access mechanisms. Our product portfolio includes electronic steering column locks, door handles and automatic power closure systems for different applications around the vehicle.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Comprehensive support for the Chief Commercial Officer and his sales team in all administrative and organisational matters
- Efficient planning of meetings and travel, including preparation of travel expense reports
- Preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external meetings
- Monitoring important activities and KPIs of the sales department and following them up with the relevant departments
- Carrying out data analyses
- Regularly updating Kaizen reports and other reports
- Validation of purchase requisitions in SAP
Required skills and experience:
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good written and spoken German and English, ideally also knowledge of Japanese
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
- Strong organisational skills and independent working style
