Based in Erdweg near Munich, Minebea AccessSolutions Deutschland GmbH acts as a competence center with global research and development responsibility in the area of access mechanisms. Our product portfolio includes electronic steering column locks, door handles and automatic power closure systems for different applications around the vehicle.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Continuously identifying and analysing personnel development needs, planning and implementing the corresponding measures and ensuring that statutory training courses are carried out
- Support and advice in all personnel development matters, from qualification measures to the development of structures and programmes
- Controlling personnel development measures with regard to quality, sustainability and costs as well as reporting key figures and supporting audits
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on all personnel and labour law issues
- Support, further development and optimisation of the tools and processes used for personnel development
- Collaboration on various HR projects, such as company health management
Required skills and experience:
- Completed studies specialising in HR or completed commercial training with additional training building on this, e.g. HR specialist or a similar qualification
- You are a strong communicator, enjoy organising, work independently and in a structured manner and have a confident manner
- Very good knowledge of German and English
