MinebeaMitsumi's EU Legal Department has a vacancy for a legal corporate counsel (m/f/d) to be based at our head office in Langen (Hessen), Germany, as soon as possible. The position is initially a part-time (max. 28h) temporary parental leave replacement until March 2027 with the possibility of taken over.

These are your tasks

Legal support for MinebeaMitsumi subsidiaries in Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Austria and Switzerland
Contract reviews and contract negotiations with customers and suppliers.Communication with external law firms
Support in litigation matters
Training the employees on different legal topics
Reporting to the EU Head of Legal

You can convince with these

German Judicial First and Second State Examination
3+ years of professional experience as attorney-at-law or as inhouse legal corporate counsel
Excellent English and German skills in speaking and in writing
Further foreign languages would be an asset (e. g. Japanese, Italian or French)
Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Willingness to adapt to an international and intercultural environment
Reliability, effectiveness and the ability to work in a team
Experience in the automotive or aviation industry would be an advantage
